Nicole Kidman has sold one of her flats in Milsons Point’s Latitude complex.

It was the latest of six he bought on a high-rise that enjoys views of the Harbor Bridge and the Opera House.

A 15-bedroom three-bedroom apartment priced at $7.725m by 2023 fetched a building record $8.5m when it sold to winemaker David Madson. The hitherto unreported sale, unseen among Kidman’s invisible shelf companies, took place in mid-2025 as her marriage to Keith Urban was falling apart.

All purchases of Kidman’s Lavender St flats were made through companies managed by lifelong friend Annette Rechner, nee Overton, who grew up close to the Kidman family in Lane Cove.

There have been no further signs of any property deals taking place since Kidman and Urban finalized their divorce in September. Their official Tennessee court records show that Kidman, as the plaintiff, and her husband, as the defendant, will each keep their properties in the divorce.

The private party’s mandatory filing revealed that all the properties were “purchased under a trust or LLC, and that the original agreements specify who will retain ownership of each property.”

Kidman still lives in a Nashville suburb to provide stability for the couple’s two daughters. He has basic custody, and Urban has a visitation plan that was finalized in late August.

News of their breakup broke in late September and has been followed by unconfirmed speculation that the couple began living apart during the American summer that starts in June. But their social media acknowledged their 19th year of marriage in late June.

The newly sold apartment was the sixth in the building, the first being in 2009 for $6m. It was followed by a $7m purchase in 2012, with two 21st floor penthouses combined into 800 sqm of living space on two levels. The 19-storey building was snapped up for $2.68m in 2011. In 2021 there were 20 two-bedroom houses priced at $2.78m and a fourth one-bedroom house priced at $1.35m in 2022.

The news comes amid reports that Urban has moved in with his new girlfriend after his divorce from Kidman was finalized earlier this month.

According to the New York Post, “everyone is adamant” that Urban, 58, is involved with someone new, and that it is “serious” – speculation about Urban’s current girlfriend is centered on country star Karley Scott Collins, 26.

The New York Post noted that “there is no suggestion that they were having an affair.”
