To qualify for the lottery, household size and income will be considered. To give you an idea of ​​the income required: a one-bedroom, stable unit will run between $3,250 and $3,599 per month. A person’s family size requires a minimum income of $104,983 and an income of $147,420 to qualify.

A three-bedroom, stable unit will cost $4,925 a month and a family of four needs a minimum income of $178,560 and an income of $210,600 to be considered for the lottery. Applications close in two weeks.
