EXCLUSIVE: Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen Drops $8.5 Million California Bachelor Pad—Days Before Playoff Game Against Jacksonville Jaguars

Buffalo bills star Josh Allen put his modern California mansion on the market—just weeks after his wife, an actress Hailee Steinfeldshe revealed that she was expecting.

Allen, 29, made the decision to call off his long-term bachelor pad on January 7, four days before he headed to Florida for his team’s NFL game. Jacksonville Jaguarswhich will be held at EverBank Stadium on Jan. 11 at 1 pm ET.

It’s been quite a month for Allen, who helped the Bills earn a playoff berth just days before Christmas—10 days after he and Steinfeld revealed they were expecting their first child together.

Allen and Steinfeld, also 29, said “I do” on May 31, 2025, at San Ysidro Ranch in what the “Pitch Perfect 2” star later described as a day filled with “love and magic.”

A few weeks later, Realtor.com® revealed that the football pro listed his four-bedroom, three-bathroom bachelor pad in Dana Point for $8.5 million, apparently trying to commit to life as a married man.

However, after Steinfeld revealed they were expecting their first child together, Allen quickly took the home off the market.

Allen took the 2,808-square-foot property for $7.2 million in 2023 through a trust managed by his financial advisor, Troy Nunes. Allen is believed to have spent a lot of time in the offseason, getting some warm weather after Buffalo’s snowy winter.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is located within a “prestigious” gated community that includes its own private beach club—and is close to dozens of five-star resorts, including the Ritz-Carlton.

According to the listing, the property features “classic mid-century California architecture” and is “situated behind an exclusive 24-hour Monarch Bay location.

“Situated on one of the neighborhood’s largest private estates, it offers incredible potential in a highly sought-after coastal community.”

Surrounded by lush greenery, the modern pad welcomes guests with a black and white facade and gated entrance.

Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with an open floor plan featuring an expansive living area filled with floor-to-ceiling windows and a cozy fireplace.

Allen, who was born in Firebaugh, CA, spends a lot of time in Buffalo. However, he has maintained a close connection with Golden State.

Sports experience again he holds the keys to another large residence very close to the Buffalo Bills training ground and stadium: a custom-built megamansion he built on a reserve that he took in 2021 for a very low price of $500,000.

Located in the Orchard Park community, about eight minutes from Highmark Stadium, this home has an amazing pool, a pool house, and a sports court that can be used for both basketball and tennis.

It’s a perfect place for Allen to meet the warm weather when he returns to Buffalo for preseason training camp, which begins on July 24.

However, thanks to Steinfeld, the NFL pro is also picking his spots on the West Coast—where Steinfeld has a stunning $8 million mansion in 2021.

Located in Encino, CA, over an hour away from Allen’s Dana Point residence, this home was owned by a rocker. John Fogertywho sold it to Steinfeld for $7.98 million—more than $3 million more than he paid in 2018.

The actor’s place is 9,000 square meters and has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Like Allen’s place in Buffalo, it has a large pool, which can be accessed through a motorized window wall between the main living area and the backyard.

If the two hope to invest more property together, they can look elsewhere in California, specifically Malibu, which is where Allen popped the question to Steinfeld on Nov. 22, 2024.
