Houston’s Newest Luxury High-Rise That Feels Like a ‘Private Estate’ Opens Doors to Tenants for First Time

The 20-story building is located at 1717 Bissonnet St., near the Museum District and Rice University. It offers two- to three-bedroom residences, but what makes this place stand out—only eight units per floor.
Each home ranges in size from 2,165 to 3,401 square feet, with monthly prices starting at $9,100.
“The Langley was born to deliver something Houston has never seen before—a luxury boutique that lives as a private space,” he said. M. Stephen Meeksenior vice president of development at StreetLights Residential.
“From the limited number of living spaces per floor to the detail, luxury, and craftsmanship often found in custom homes, every decision was intentional.”
