Tom Brady-will no doubt see some of the site’s unique features, including a stunning “endless pool” where the supermodel can be seen happily floating in a tongue-in-cheek clip.

The pool sits on the edge of a 0.73-acre lot, giving the appearance of water falling over a hill—and offering spectacular views of all of Los Angeles all the way to the ocean.

“Here, you don’t just see the city you’re rising above,” the listing’s description notes.

Offering nine bedrooms and 12 full bathrooms, this property is ideal for those who love to entertain, providing ample space for overnight guests, as well as several large living areas.

In keeping with California’s love of indoor and outdoor beauty, the main residence features large glass walls that open to the beautiful backyard, providing quick access to the pool and patio, while also serving to transform the views into a living work of art.

“Inside, soaring ceilings and elegant pocket doors offer a stunning view and effortless indoor living,” the listing continues.

That view also inspired the home’s name, “Outlook,” and can be found in many rooms in the property, including the master bedroom, which includes its own private terrace, where Jenner also filmed other ad content.

As she throws some funny barbs at her former co-stars, the Getty Center is visible over Jenner’s shoulder—one of the many LA landmarks visible from the highest point in the sky.

On the ground level, residents will find an array of amenities, including a full wellness center with its own gym, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge pool, and massage parlor, wine glass-enclosed lounge, and “exploration lounge.”

There are two additional bedrooms on this level, each with their own en suite bathrooms.

“Additional features include an eight-car gallery garage with a security room, a two-bedroom staff room, and two laundry rooms,” the listing concludes.

While the listing proves unequivocally that the home wouldn’t need any more selling points to help it land a buyer, its appearance in a star-studded Super Bowl ad—spurred on by the air during the NFL championship game between Seattle Seahawks as well as The New England Patriots on Feb. 8—will undoubtedly help give it a new audience.

Listed in August by Santiago Arana of The Agency, the home is currently one of the 10 most expensive single-family homes on the market in Brentwood, according to Realtor.com data.

The property is conveniently located a 30-minute drive from Jenner’s Los Angeles home—a stunning Spanish mansion in Beverly Hills, which she bought for $8.55 million in 2017.

In the nine years since, the supermodel has done extensive renovations to the five-bedroom, six-bathroom property that has appeared in numerous Architectural Digests shoots.

However, he has spread his wings, hitching a ride in the mountains to a “top secret” location in Wyoming, where his sanctuary culture is being built.

The fashionista explained the process of designing her beautiful residence during a photo shoot in 2025 with AD, explaining that she couldn’t believe it when her vision came to life.

“One of the special things about low-rise construction is that you work in the house for a long time and you think about the times with friends. You imagine what kind of nights and laughs and talks you’re going to have,” he said while giving a tour of his new house.

As for how she came up with the aesthetic vibe of the place, Jenner described it as an “experiment,” noting that she set out to make it as fun as possible, without straying too far from her favorite look.

“This house was unusual for me – I wanted to send it,” she said. “I really wanted to test my limits and see how far we could take it while still feeling like myself. It felt really good, really refreshing, and a little different for me.”

According to AD, Jenner bought the land where her home is now located “five years ago,” and first fell in love with the area when she spent summers in Wyoming as a child, where she developed a love for horses and riding.

When he bought this parcel—the property he was guarding—there was a dilapidated house in the area he had originally hoped to save. However, it was deemed too bad a situation for him to rescue, prompting him to turn and build his own abode.

Jenner previously opened up about the experience of building a home in an interview with Vogue, where she admitted that she loved the process so much, she considered quitting her fashion career to pursue it full-time.

“I swear I will stop everything and just design homes, I’m not kidding,” he said.

The model, who is primarily based in Los Angeles, added that, while she loves her California home—she previously featured it in another Architectural Digest feature—there was something about the “simple life” in the countryside that she couldn’t resist.

“I love my place in LA, but I also really like the simple life. I like to wake up every morning and throw on a bathing suit or sweatpants and no makeup and just be comfortable with my day,” she added.

Jenner continued: “I think a lot about the future, but I try not to over-plan because you know I’m a planner.”
