‘Summer House’ Lindsay Hubbard Opens ‘Dream’ New York City Home—Where Her 1-Year-Old Daughter Has Her Own Living Room
“Summer House” star Lindsay Hubbard proudly opened the doors to her “dream” house in New York City when her daughter was one year old, Gemmahe has his own living room.
The 39-year-old TV host opened the doors to her luxury home in a new YouTube video for Bravo, revealing the spacious living areas and fabulous kitchen.
Hubbard welcomed the TV crew into his home, stressing that it is mostly used as an “entertainment” space, while also serving as a beautiful sanctuary where he can spend time with his young daughter.
“This is a fun house. Lots of nature, big, open light, and then … our living rooms,” revealed the former fashion mogul.
The TV star first showed off her living space, which came complete with a large beige sofa, a marble coffee table, and a built-in wall storage shelf.
He then chuckled before turning to the area next to the main living room, revealing, “and this is Gemma’s living room.”
Her daughter’s living room comes complete with a patterned carpet, lots of toys, and a small sitting area.
This space has personalized toys, books, and has its own TV.
“I’m really lucky to have this much space. I mean, you don’t get this often in New York. I love it down here. Why did you leave?” he said.
Hubbard then ushered fans into one of the bedrooms, specifically a jaw-dropping closet.
“This is a ‘Sex and the City’ wardrobe. I mean, this is a girl’s dream. The clothes just go up and up and up, and they come out with a ladder,” she said.
Later, he revealed that one of the main reasons he bought the place was because of the large kitchen, which comes complete with a chic marble island, white marble backsplash, gray cabinetry, and high-end appliances.
Adjacent to the cooking center is an attractive breakfast nook, with ample space for a large dining table.
Hubbard said the kitchen is “the reason I got this apartment.”
“I like a big kitchen island,” she said as she showed off her kitchen.
He then showed off his “huge, amazing, luxurious” bedroom, which has another “to die for” wardrobe that doubles as Gemma’s bedroom.
She also opened the door to her elegant bathroom, with a black marble vanity, tile walls, and a large glass-enclosed shower.
Hubbard welcomed Gemma in December 2024 with her then-boyfriend, Turner Dies.
She announced that she and her then partner were expecting in July of that year.
However, five months later, Hubbard revealed that he and Kufe had separated.
At the time, the TV star made it clear that he and Kufe were committed to being the best parents to Gemma.
In addition to her New York City residence, the reality TV star also owns a mansion in Nashville, TN, which she uses primarily as a temporary rental.
Known as the “Hubb House Nashville,” the townhouse has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 12 guests at a time. The property’s website says it can be rented for $799 per night.
