Parkline Kent Town opens: 12-storey building with 90 floors sold

Kent Town’s population is set to grow in the coming weeks as new residents move into the exciting new Parkline flats.

Opened today by housing and urban development minister Nick Champion, the Chasecrown development is a 12-storey, 61-unit luxury apartment at 9 Dequetteville Tce, and is 90 percent sold, with several ‘sky houses’ at higher levels available.

Residents of these high-quality homes will enjoy beautiful views of the parks and CBD, as well as far-reaching views towards the coast and the Adelaide Hills.
