Tennis Pro Tommy Paul and Fiancee Paige Lorenze Showcase ‘Dream’ Connecticut Mansion as It Gets Fully Renovated

Tennis star Tommy Paul and his son, Paige Lorenzethey have shown the amazing renovation of their ‘dream home’—just one month after listing their homes.
Paul and Lorenze, both 28 years old, entered the semi-married life last month when they listed their properties to buy the Connecticut mansion, which they have been renovating since closing on it.
The tennis champion has put her Boca Raton, FL, mansion on the market for $2.8 million, while Lorenze is listing her Connecticut home for $2.49 million, having lived there for less than two years, according to records.
Although the couple “didn’t want to move,” when they came across their current Connecticut property, it was love at first sight—but they wanted to make some changes.

Now, Lorenze has taken to his Instagram story to reveal how their renovation process is going, while also showing off their chef’s kitchen.
Boasting about her kitchen center, Lorenze revealed that it has gray cabinets, a large island, high-end appliances, and a patterned ceiling that fills the back of the kitchen.
The kitchen also emphasizes the open floor plan that reflects their chic living space, with a beautiful marble fireplace.
In her Instagram story, Lorenze also revealed that the couple closed on their home last week and are looking forward to renovating.
He showed early sketches from the 1940s before revealing that a “demo” on their bedrooms and bathrooms had begun as he showed a picture of a half-painted room, with many shades of green on the walls and which would be their “master bathroom.”
A sensation on social media also revealed that the home came complete with a replica golf course, which was a very important feature of the new home.
Paul and Lorenze stand to make a profit from their listed propertiesifthey are able to find buyers willing to match their asking prices. Lorenze will walk away with a little more, however, having purchased his residence for $2.4 million in the summer of 2024, while Paul purchased his in 2023 for $2.5 million.
While Paul has yet to comment on his decision to sell his Sunshine State home, his fiancée revealed in a recent YouTube video that she was preparing to move out of her Fairfield, CT home, telling fans she had “stumbled upon” the happy couple’s perfect place.

“I really didn’t want to move,” he said in December. “[But I] I stumbled upon this list and it has everything I could have imagined.”
Describing it as her “eternal dream home,” Lorenze went on to reveal that she and Paul went to see the place in person after Thanksgiving, joking that they were sure the place wouldn’t be as “perfect” in real life as it appears in the listing photos.
However, to their greatest surprise, it was much better than they imagined.
“I was like, ‘Oh s–t,'” Lorenze recalls of his reaction when he first saw it. “I thought about it, and I thought about what my life will be like in the next three years, and how I will get married, and how I want to have children in the future.
“A lot of privacy is really important to me, a lot of land is important to me, and this place has a lot of things that Tommy and I like.”
Among the many facilities attached to the couple was a “big barn” of the property, as well as a tennis court on the premises and a large yard, Lorenze notes will allow his partner to train at home, while allowing him to have his horses at home, rather than in a nearby stable.
“The house is old, but it’s back, it has a nice guest house … it’s more than that,” he continued.
Lorenze’s former home, which he purchased through a named LLC, sits on a beautiful 2.14-acre parcel and has four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
However, the residence is close to the street—something that doesn’t give the internet star much privacy.
In its listing, the home is described as a “unique” residence that offers “the perfect combination of weekend recreation and everyday living,” thanks to its plum location 60 miles outside of Manhattan.
The 5,000-square-foot home, built in 2000, features several impressive upgrades, including “newly added wood beams and fireplace” in the living room, and high-end appliances in the large, gourmet kitchen.

There are many living spaces throughout the floor, including a blue-green living room, a cozy breakfast nook, a formal dining room, and a den with large French doors to the garden and sparkling pool.
Many places will be familiar to Lorenze’s fans, who always put things behind his posts on social media, including his large walk-in closet and dressing room, where he often records videos of his fans’ chat.
Meanwhile, Paul’s home has a very modern aesthetic, completed in 2023—the same year he bought it—and its array of impressive amenities, including weather-resistant glass, designer LED lighting, and a detached casita.
“Oversized sliders spanning nearly 30 feet, frame views of the resort-style pool and spa, filling the home with natural light and seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living,” notes the listing, which is owned by Alex Rybakov again Jonathan Phillipsof the JM Phillips Group.
Paul’s property is much smaller than his fiancée’s, however, offering just over 3,000 square feet of living space on 0.23 acres.
The five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom property also features a gourmet kitchen and an additional guest house described as the perfect home office or “fitness studio.”
“This is a rare opportunity to own a meticulously crafted, high-end contemporary home in one of East Boca’s most desirable settings, where design, luxury, and lifestyle blend seamlessly,” the listing concludes.

Lorenze—who runs a local farm in Weston, CT, through her lifestyle, Dairy Boy—noted that she and Paul won’t be moving into the property until February, allowing them to try to find buyers for their condo.
The happy couple, who began dating in 2022, announced their engagement in July 2025, with Lorenze revealing that Paul popped the question on a beach getaway to Nantucket, a few weeks before he took part in that year’s US Open.
After sharing a series of photos of the special moment on her Instagram account, Lorenze revealed to Tatler that she was surprised by the unexpected proposal, admitting: “I didn’t think it would happen on Nantucket, or if it did.
“My friends and family were there. … I’ll miss it forever, and it’s a place we can go back to forever.”
