Travis and Jason Kelce’s Mom Donna Makes Major Renovations of Her $355K Luxury Florida Condo

Travis again Jason Kelcemother of Donnais working on remodeling his Florida condo—as rumors spread that his youngest son will return to the NFL for a 14th season, but he may be preparing to part ways with his longtime team, Kansas City Chiefs.

Donna, 73, who has made a name for herself through endorsement deals and a recent appearance on “The Traitors,” is believed to have hired a local firm to carry out the work on her two-bedroom residence – including replacing nine windows and six doors.

The NFL matriarch has owned the 1,434-square-foot Orlando home for nearly seven years now, snapping it up for a modest $355,000 in 2019, records show.

However, he now seems ready to give the area a much wider berth, as TMZ reports that he has already awarded work contracts to a local company.

It is not clear if Donna will continue to live in the home while the work is done, as she has moved to Florida for a short time after purchasing the property.

Property records show a notice of commencement of work was filed in February, however it is not known if construction has been completed. Those documents note that the property is registered under three names: Donna, Travis, and Jason, indicating that he plans to leave it to his two sons.

The home is located in Baldwin Park, formerly the Naval Training Center.

Now, this area offers a more peaceful environment, despite being a few miles away from downtown Orlando and Disney World.

The property was built in 2005 and comes complete with a wrap-around balcony. The home’s floor plan includes a home office, library, den, and even an exercise room.

Donna may have been inspired to do this work by her future daughter-in-law, Taylor Swiftwho filed permits to complete a dramatic renovation of his Rhode Island vacation home in late 2024, which would add nearly 400 square feet to the property—costing $1.7 million.

The residence is just a stone’s throw from the Rhode Island hotel where Taylor and Travis are rumored to be tying the knot later this year—with multiple reports suggesting they’ve settled on June 13 as their date.

Earlier this year, a large penthouse within the venue hit the market for a whopping $20 million, giving one lucky buyer the chance to secure front-row seats to the wedding of the year.

The three-bedroom, one-bedroom unit located at the Ocean House Resort in Westerly, RI, covers just under 4,700 square feet and offers beautiful “unobstructed views” over the Atlantic Ocean and Little Narragansett Bay, the listing, which was first reported by Mansion Global, states.

If rumors about Taylor and Travis choosing to host their wedding at the Ocean House—located just a few minutes’ walk from the pop star’s Rhode Island home—turn out to be true, the venue will once again offer a front-row seat to what will no doubt be the celebrity event of the year.

This list happened a few months after reports surfaced that the couple had chosen the wedding venue as their destination, and Page Six says that the couple are planning to tie the knot at this location on June 13, 2026.

It was also alleged that the two had promised a lot of moneyanother onethe couple had already found their wedding date.

Insiders told the outlet that Taylor and Travis have been wanting to tie the knot in Rhode Island for a long time.

In addition to entering Taylor’s lucky number—13—the day will also ensure that Travis is wrapped up in marital duties when most NFL players return to preseason workouts, though it’s not yet clear which team, if any, he’ll be training with.

On March 8, The Athletic reported that Travis, who will become an unrestricted free agent when his contract with the Chiefs expires on March 11, hopes to talk to multiple teams during the free agency window.

However, hours later, the NFL’s National Insider, Ian Rapoportshared a text on X where he revealed that Travis was “expected” to return to the Chiefs for another season.
