“Home Alone” star Macaulay Culkin and his longtime partner Brenda’s song they reportedly shelled out $10.3 million for a new home in Los Angeles—just weeks after shelling out their massive Toluca Lake estate for $14.24 million.
Culkin, 45, and Song, 37, who have been dating since 2017 and have two children together, are said to have “collected” a six-bedroom, nine-bathroom residence in Sherman Oaks, according to TMZ.
The Hollywood power duo seems to be stuck indeed The deal for the luxury home, which was originally listed for $12.75 million in January, is more than $2 million more than the final sale price.
Property records show that the purchase of the six-bedroom home closed on March 6, less than a month after the sale of their previous home was completed.
The property, which was built in 1989 and covers 10,200 square meters, comes complete with an array of luxury amenities, including a game room, full gym, sports court, and outdoor entertaining terrace.
“Tucked away privately behind gates on one of the most desirable streets in Longridge Estates, this corner residence offers both quality and warmth,” the listing reads.
“Surrounded by mature greenery, privacy fences, and a motor court with a three-car garage, this property creates an immediate sense of presence – which continues within its refined, present-day interior.”
Meanwhile, the home’s interior features a chef’s kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, and two grand staircases.
The listing adds, “Inside, a sweeping double staircase presents an open, light-filled foyer that leads to a formal living room. High ceilings and tall windows frame views of the courtyard, while a decorative wet bar connects the living and family rooms for easy entertaining.”
The bedrooms come complete with their own en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets.
Elsewhere, the building includes “a richly decorated office with a vaulted ceiling and an intimate lounge, a fully equipped gym, and a private theater complete with its own library, lounge, bar, and bathroom.”

There’s also a large, resort-style pool, spa, bocce court, and more.
The couple wasted no time in finding a new home after selling the four-bedroom, five-bathroom Toluca Lake home they bought from another actor.Kiefer Sutherlandin 2022 for $8 million.
According to property records seen by Realtor.com, the couple made an impressive profit on the sale of the home, which appears to have been sold in an off-market deal that closed in Feb. 13, one day before Valentine’s Day.
The modern mansion, with 4,879 square feet, was built in 1935 and sits on 0.58 acres.
Because it was not officially listed, there is little information about what—if any—changes Culkin and Song made while living there, and no new photos of the home have been shared publicly.
Culkin, who rose to fame at the age of 10 when he played Kevin McCallister in the holiday film, is widely recognized as one of the most recognizable child actors in the world; however, in recent years he has escaped recognition.
Instead of courting major movie roles, the actress has instead focused her attention on independent projects while also building a family with Song, whom she met in 2014.
In a previous interview with Cosmopolitan, which marked their first as a couple, Culkin and Song revealed how their relationship was born behind the walls of their homes, blossoming behind closed doors away from prying eyes and paparazzi.

One day, Song cooked Culkin dinner at home—and on another occasion, taught him to do his laundry. Then one Christmas, Song invited Culkin to celebrate at his parents’ home.
Culkin admitted that much of his life these days revolves around his role at home, where he has fully embraced being a full-time father for several years, happily holding down the fort so Song can focus on pursuing his screen career.
“These days, Mack seems more than happy to be a stay-at-home dad hanging out with his three-year-old kids.Dakotaand 2 yearsCarson,” commented a Cosmopolitan writer.
When the couple spoke to this outlet in January 2025, they noted that they have learned to achieve a balance between their work projects and their roles as parents, doing so “without a babysitter” and instead relying on Song’s parents for help whenever they need it.
The two say they have worked hard to ensure their private lives remain just that: private. In fact, Culkin said she’s proud that members of the public still seem confused about her relationship with Song—and the fact that they have two children.
However, the couple explained that they finally reached a stage where they felt ready to share more of their lives with the public—starting with their Cosmopolitan cover photo, which Culkin convinced Song to do for their sons.
The quiet life of a “stay-at-home dad” is a world away from the one the “Home Alone” star enjoyed during his prime, when he lived in a New York apartment (which he bought when he was just 19 years old), followed by paparazzi, while his name was splashed across tabloid front pages.
