Meghan Markle’s Baby Shower Planner Lists Her ‘Grace’ Place in New York for $4 Million

A celebrity event planner who has worked with everyone from Meghan Markle to Serena Williams now he’s trying to attract a special crowd of house hunters looking for the perfect perch on Manhattan’s Upper East Side—where he recently listed his own pre-war house for $3.99 million.

Jennifer Zabinski of JZ Events has worked on an array of high-profile events—including Williams’ 2017 New Orleans wedding to the Reddit co-founder. Alexis Ohanian again Markle’s most publicized baby shower of 2019 in New York City.

So it should come as no surprise that the Prime Minister’s Lenox Hill residence has an aesthetic that would be right at home on the pages of the glossy magazines that regularly feature his events.

Located on East 73rd Street inside a “well-preserved pre-war cooperative,” the three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo offers 2,600 square feet of living space. The list, first reported by the Robb Report, also includes plans to show how it happened he can remodeled to add another bedroom.

When they entered the residence, marked with Catherine Juracich of the Corcoran SoHo, guests are treated to an elegant foyer that leads to two entertaining rooms, both with cozy fireplaces.

Entering the chef’s kitchen, there is an attractive breakfast nook and high-end appliances—including a washer and dryer, a rarity in Manhattan.

After an extensive renovation, the kitchen has been updated with high-end appliances that provide a sense of luxury.

“The inviting eat-in kitchen has been completely remodeled with high-gloss cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, white stone countertops and a built-in counter,” the listing continues.

Despite its small size, the kitchen is well-positioned in the home, which the listing notes is perfect for anyone who wants to host guests for a sit-down dinner—allowing the host to move easily between spaces.

“Accessible from both the kitchen and the foyer, the formal dining room is the perfect place for dinner parties,” he adds.

The restaurant has blue walls, modern overhead lighting, and ample space.

If the new owner wants to add another bedroom to the unit, another floor plan notes that the dining room can be converted for this purpose. It already has an attached half bathroom and pantry, which can be converted into a full en suite, notes the plan.

Other living areas include a home office, which leads to one of the bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, and a cozy den.
