The great fortune and buildings Chuck Norris left behind

Chuck Norris’ incredible net worth and assets have been revealed following the news of his death at the age of 86.
The singer and martial artist died just one day after being hospitalized in Hawaii for an undisclosed “medical emergency.”
At the time of his death, the Hollywood legend was spending time at his longtime vacation home on the island of Kauai, Realtor reports.
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Norris left behind a fortune estimated at US$70 million ($A99 million), including significant real estate investments.
His assets include the Dallas home he shared with his brother, Aaron, which served as his residence during the filming of Walker, Texas Ranger.
The property, which was listed for $US1.2 million ($A1.8 million) in 2013, has four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a theater, a weight room and its own pool.
A side building on the grounds was used as a studio for a long-running TV series.

The three-bedroom property, known as Paradise Island Ranch, has been a family home for a long time.
Born on March 10, 1940, in Oklahoma, Norris rose to fame in the 1960s as an artist before conquering Hollywood.
His breakthrough came with martial arts legend Bruce Lee in the 1972 film Way of the Dragon.
The two met at the All-American Karate Open Championships in 1967 and formed a close friendship.
“At the time I was holding the world title, and I playfully said to Bruce, ‘Well, who’s winning Bruce?’ and he says, ‘I’m winning, I’m the star of this movie,’” Norris recalled of the unique fight scene during a 2014 interview.
“I said, ‘Oh, I see, you want to beat the world champion.’ And he said, ‘No, I don’t want to, I want to kill the world champion.'”
Norris later described Lee as a formidable opponent with a cunning plan.
