Billionaire Fan Only Leonid Radvinsky Dies At 43 After Silent Battle With Cancer At Florida Home

Billionaire owner of OnlyFans Leonid Radvinsky passed away at the age of 43 following a “long battle with cancer,” a company spokesman said.

Radvinsky, who was born in Ukraine and raised in Illinois, “died peacefully,” the statement continued, before asking his family for privacy.

Despite being the owner of the world’s most prominent adult entertainment website, Radvinsky has maintained a very low-key private life, living mostly in his Florida home with his wife, Katie Chudnovsky.

It is not clear where Radvinsky died, but it is understood that he had been undergoing treatment for cancer for a short time before his death.

The businessman came to prominence in 2018 after buying Fenix International, the company that owns and operates OnlyFans-and is credited with turning this website into a global success story that now has more than 300 million users and brings in more than $1 billion a year, according to Reuters.

About two years after buying Fenix International, Radvinsky and his wife—whom he married in 2008—moved from Chicago, IL, to Florida, where they bought a large property in Boca Raton for just under $4 million in 2020.

The nine-bedroom property is spread over 10,000 square meters and was previously owned by a former tennis champion. Chris Evert.

Located on a five-acre parcel, this residence was described in a previous listing as “a great opportunity to own your dream home,” which was completely renovated by Radvinsky and Chudnovsky during their ownership.

The couple shared very little about their private lives, however Chudnovsky did reveal in a 2021 interview that she was the mother of four children, according to a June 2025 Wall Street Journal profile of her husband.

Records show that Radvinsky and his wife sold their Boca Raton home for $5.8 million in 2023, having first listed it in August of that same year for less than $6 million.

At the time, the residence was undergoing significant construction, according to its listing, with a description noting that work was underway on three “existing buildings,” while plans for a new swimming pool and guest house were also included in the sale.

The couple then moved to a large apartment in Sunny Isles Beach, which was purchased for just over $20 million in 2022.

Described as a “sky villa,” this property is located on one of the top floors of a glittering building that offers a wealth of jaw-dropping amenities.

Among the most unique features of the unit purchased by the OnlyFans owner and his wife is a “private hydrotherapy spa and swimming pool,” overlooking the ocean.

The property spans over 11,000 square feet spread over two levels, and has five bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, according to a previous listing.

It was last put on the market in May 2022 with an asking price of less than $24 million, according to records, which show it closed for $23 million in November of that year.
