EXCLUSIVE: Reality Star Tyler Cameron Takes a ‘Big Step’ in His Real Estate Career—After Getting a Major Home Improvement

Tyler Cameron has worn many hats as a reality star, construction company owner, real estate agent, and HGTV host.
But now, he’s taking what he sees as one of the “big steps” in his career—as he’s listed a landmark development in the Florida city, just months after joining the reality TV star. Ryan SerhantA brokerage.
The project, known as Ancora, is on Hutchinson Island, about 35 kilometers north of Cameron’s home in Jupiter. It includes a collection of 24 luxury townhouses set on a pristine beach.
Speaking exclusively to Realtor.com® about the development, which is slated to begin in a few weeks, Cameron expressed his excitement at leading the charge on the real estate sale, which promises a more intimate, driven alternative to the large mansions often found on Hutchinson Island.
“This is probably the biggest step I’ve ever had in my real estate career and the biggest project I’ve ever been a part of,” Cameron said. The opportunity will not only allow him to pursue his ambitions, but also combine his experience in construction again to sell.

The project marks the first in a string of high-profile developments Cameron has secured since signing with the Serhant agency in 2025. It’s also the first of its kind on Hutchinson Island, he explains, mainly because of its focus on design and comfort.
“This is going to be the first retail, upscale community on Hutchinson Island,” Cameron said, noting that major developments around it have historically been driven by more “commodity.”
With prices starting at $1.75 million—and limited inventory—Ancora is entering the market as a compelling option in one of Florida’s fastest-growing coastal areas.
Located at 10251 South Ocean Dr., between Palm Beach and Vero Beach, the development is nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon. Ancora offers an affordable waterfront lifestyle for those price-conscious buyers in South Florida’s most crowded market.
Developed by Civitella, led by Matthew MadrazoAncora is intended to give home buyers a true sense of community, while providing the kind of privacy and space rarely found in a condo unit.
Project renderings shared exclusively with Realtor.com reveal that the properties exude elegance and feature high-end appliances and modern finishes.
The project will feature a total of four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms in duplex style, each occupying approximately 3,100 square feet. They will come armed with their private elevator.
Residents will also have rooftop access to community amenities, including a waterfront pool and sun deck, a private clubhouse, a fitness center, and a limited collection of seven private boat slips.

“We have access to the Intracoastal, seven boat slips, and access to the beach with private deeds,” Cameron said.
He added that the development is expected to attract a mix of Northeast transplants, local Florida buyers looking to be close to the water, and those looking for a second home in Miami.
“There are those from the Northeast who want to live down here and those from South Florida who want to eventually live on the water,” he said. This project offers “the Florida dream at an affordable price for what you get.”
He also pointed out the limited value compared to the market near the coast, noting that similar waterfront properties in other areas often come at a much higher price per square foot.
“You’re not going to get that in Tequesta, not on the water, not with the Intracoastal access,” Cameron said.
Groundbreaking is scheduled for April 2026, with first deliveries expected in early 2027.
The development is designed to capitalize on the growing popularity of Hutchinson Island as a quieter alternative to the luxury built markets further south.
“Hutchinson Island is a wonderful, laid-back, laid-back beach town,” Cameron said. This area is an attractive destination for buyers looking for a slower paced coastal lifestyle.
Architecture by Swedroe Architecture, with interiors by Oggi Design House, aims to deliver the most refined, sophisticated residential experience along the Treasure Coast.

Each residence will also include deeded beach access, allowing homeowners to enjoy both beach and riverside living.
Cameron also emphasized home living, noting that each unit is designed to feel more like a detached house than a typical town home.
“Every unit is a storage unit. You live in your own home, and you have a backyard, which most townhomes don’t have,” he said.
With just 24 homes planned, the project underscores the broader shift to smaller, more exclusive coastal communities where innovation remains scarce.
Cameron revealed that she is open to being a part of Serhant’s hit Netflix show. But, he noted, “he must prove himself first.”
Ancora is his “big game” that will allow him to show that he can do many things, he explained.
The former TV star-owned Florida residence was recently renovated by the HGTV starGaley Alix—got a job in Serhant in July 2025.
At the time, he told Realtor.com he was “excited” to turn his “passion” for real estate into a career, adding that he couldn’t think of a better place to bring that dream to life than at Serhant’s company.
Luckily for “The Bachelorette” star, his office in Serhant is just a few miles from his Jupiter residence, which was designed by his girlfriend, Tate Madden.
“I had breakfast with Ryan and got to know some of the agents here and there’s no better leader in the industry than Ryan and no one better to learn from,” Cameron said.

In addition to getting a job with Serhant, Cameron also runs Image 1 Construction, which is featured on his series “Going Home With Tyler Cameron,” where he returns to Jupiter to fix up locals’ houses, while also relocating his late mother’s residence, according to a press release.
After seeing how TV and social media can lead to global success, Cameron noted that Serhant’s masterful use of both mediums was another big advantage for his company.
“The reason I chose Serhant is because they are taking the modern space by integrating social media and marketing,” Cameron explained.
“They set them apart from other agencies around us. They’re brand new in South Florida and they’re already at the top of the list when it comes to agencies here, so it was a no-brainer for me. My goal is to help bring the Jupiter office to No. 1 in the area.
“I will continue to run my construction business and real estate investments, but I am happy to change this love of finding the right places for myself and to help my friends and clients find their dream homes,” he said.
At the time, Serhant said he was “thrilled” to have Cameron by his side in the real estate industry for the foreseeable future.
“Tyler’s success in the real estate industry, along with the recognition of his brand thanks to his Amazon show, creates the perfect recipe for success as an agent in 2025 and beyond.
“We’ve been friends for years, and I couldn’t be happier to have him by my side in Florida,” he added.
