Insider Makes $1M Bet on US and Israel Strikes Over 2 Years

Bubblemaps said that a possible insider has absolute accuracy using 7 accounts.

The United States and, especially Israel, have launched many strikes against several nations in the past few years. Although this has disastrous consequences for all involved, some, perhaps with inside knowledge, are able to turn this disaster into a profitable business.

Data shared by Bubblemaps suggests that there is at least one high-profile person besides the one recently arrested by Israeli authorities.

$1M in Profits from Strikes

The analytics company shared a screenshot showing the company’s suspicious behavior from 2024, when it correctly bet on Israel’s military response against Iran, even specifying the date. Four more similar times followed in 2025 and at least one more in 2026.

Bubblemaps revealed a member of the Israeli military arrested last month for insider trading, linked to an account called @Rundeep. They made a $150,000 bet on their country’s military actions, but believe this was not an isolated incident.

Analysts found another wallet (ending in 0xc0a) with a 100% win rate. However, it was related to six other accounts that “accurately predict military action by Israel and the US in 2024, 2025, and 2026.”

These accounts have a long history of trading various markets, “often dominating the top spots on PnL leaderboards.” Analysts added that the insider has not been caught as they continue to trade this year, making more than $100,000 predicting the February 28 strike in Iran.

Overall, the data suggests that the insider has an almost perfect success rate over the past 2 years of 93% and has made an estimated $1 million in profits.

However, the company’s disclaimer reads that there is currently no evidence that the organization has ties to the US or Israeli military.

“However, the connection between these accounts and the almost complete record raises serious questions about who did it.”

Prominent crypto member Merlijn The Trader suspected that this might be an insider, saying, “the game is tight” and that “they don’t even hide it anymore.”
