Billionaire’s $50 Million Turks and Caicos Mansion Featured on Netflix and Bravo Heads to Auction — Without Lasting

A $50 million Turks and Caicos property featured on hit TV shows, including Bravo’s “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Tour” and Netflix’s “Too Hot to Handle” is going up for auction next month—with no reservations.
That means the property, which is currently on the market for $50 million, could—in theory—sell for as little as $1, though the seller’s hope is that a willing buyer will show up.
The rich residence is currently owned by a French businessman Fabrice Grindawho purchased the residence in 2019 for $11.5 million—then poured more than $30 million into renovations, including a significant expansion of its original plan.
For the past seven years, the property has been offered as a reality TV base and a luxury vacation rental, before Grinda put it on the market for $30 million in 2022, as first reported by Mansion Global.
At the time, the home’s renovations weren’t all finished, however, and some were still underway, including the addition of solar panels that are expected to save the future owner up to $300,000 a year.

Now, Grinda will try her luck at an auction on April 17, when her luxury home will go under the hammer with Platinum Luxury Auctions, led by. Trayor Lesnock.
According to a press release shared with Realtor.com®, Grinda has made the decision to part with the property to focus her attention on some of the more opulent residences in her portfolio—which she hopes will transform into the same luxury she did with this property, known as the Triton Luxury Villa.
“That idea eventually turned the legacy into a ready-made cinematic space, attracting the attention of major streaming platforms,” it read.
“This area was chosen as a filming location for ‘Too Hot to Handle’ (Season 6), where its infinity pools, oceanfront gardens, and stunning architecture were broadcast to a large international audience on Netflix.
“It also hosted ‘The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip,’ putting the legacy in front of millions of Bravo viewers and cementing its pop-culture status,” added the press release.
The home spans 18,300 square feet, on more than 7 acres. It has 15 bedrooms, two swimming pools, a hot tub, a cold pool and a beachside gym.
The facility is also set to transition to a completely off-grid infrastructure.

According to a press release, rent can reach $32,000 per night, making the property suitable for anyone looking for a long-term business investment.
Knowledge also noted that, despite the property’s ties to the world of reality TV, it’s far from just another on-screen mansion—but rather an impressive one of its kind, which has made a name for itself as one of the world’s most luxurious venues for hosting any number of events.
“Unlike many luxury homes that are short leased for production, Triton reflects Grinda’s investment strategy and approach to building a global brand,” the release notes.
“The estate has doubled as a private residence and host of high-tech conferences, including the Triton Crypto Summit and FJ Labs retreats, drawing international innovators and investors—effectively positioning Turks & Caicos as an emerging technology and lifestyle destination.”
Upon entering the residence, guests are greeted with a spacious floor plan that beautifully blends white and black furnishings with modern furnishings.
The bedrooms come complete with French doors offering panoramic water views.
Meanwhile, luxury bathrooms feature large soaking tubs and chic touches.

The living area has two sofas, a patterned ceiling, and access to a peaceful outdoor area.
Elsewhere in the home, there is also a large theater room with a fireplace in the center.
Meanwhile, the backyard has an outdoor kitchen in addition to its sparkling pool and tennis court.
The compound-style building also boasted another impressive honor—being the first place in Turks and Caicos to house a private courthouse.
“In 2021, Miami-based Togu Design led a major expansion, adding four garden bungalows and Turks and Caicos’ first paddle courts as part of a world-class racquet sports center, alongside a red clay tennis court and pickleball court, further elevating the area’s appeal to high-end tourists and manufacturing companies alike,” the newspaper added.
An estate hitting the auction block outside the palace means the property will go to the highest bidder, regardless of price.
According to the press release, “Given the intersection of billionaire ownership, broadcast fame, celebrity guests, and Caribbean real estate, Triton presents a rare story at the intersection of business, entertainment, and global life.”
