Hannah Montana’s Most Expensive Malibu Beach House on Airbnb for an Unbelievable Price—It’s Complete with Her Amazing Winding Clock

“Hannah Montana” fans are being offered the chance to “live the best of all worlds” by spending a night inside Malibu Beach where Miley Cyrus‘ The iconic Disney character lived with his family on the hot show.
The oceanfront residence, which last changed hands in 1985, when it sold for just $1.3 million, has been on the market since July 2025, when it was listed with an asking price of $21 million. It is also available as a rental property for anywhere between $60,000 and $80,000 per month.
However, in honor of the recently released “Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special” on Disney+, it is now being offered to Airbnb to a lot additional reasonable price: $0.
Two decades after “Hannah Montana” premiered, the property has been brought back to its days as a TV set, thanks to a dramatic makeover that has seen the master bedroom in the house transformed into a shrine to pop star Hannah that will no doubt be instantly recognizable to her fans.
Photos from the Airbnb listing—which will go live on March 26 at 9 a.m. ET—reveal the space to be decorated in bold colors and prints, including patterned wallpaper, framed photos of Hannah herself, and a collection of her (albeit fake) gold and platinum albums.
A leopard-heel-shaped chair, boa-framed pinboards, and dozens of Hannah-approved sequin ensembles can also be found in the room.
However, perhaps the most iconic item in the space is the infamous “rotating closet” that Hannah was often seen using in the series. Designed with a curved wall that rotates at the touch of a button, the closet became one of the most visible features in the youth room throughout the show.

The room is also made up of a clothes rack hanging across the door—a nod to the “hidden” scene in the show, which Hannah hides in the back of her closet in an attempt to hide her identity as a rich, chart-topping pop star.
Interestingly, this actually marks the first time that this home has undergone this type of transformation; while exterior shots of the location were used when depicting the Stewart family’s residence in the show, many of the interior scenes were filmed on a sound stage in Los Angeles, including Hannah’s room.
“As fans celebrate the 20th anniversary of Disney’s ‘Hannah Montana,’ Airbnb is opening the doors to her beach house in Malibu, and for the first time, she’s inviting guests to step inside her home and experience her famous dream cabin under one roof—giving fans the chance to enjoy the best of both worlds,” reads Airbnb.
“Guests will have the opportunity to spend the night in Hannah’s world, just steps from the ocean and closer than ever to the moments that define a generation. Inside, guests will find her legendary cabin, where the racks are bursting with glamorous stage looks, ornate tops, and bright accessories.
“From the fashion, to the atmosphere, to the spirit of Malibu, the stay offers a unique opportunity to relive the moments that made “Hannah Montana” unforgettable.”
For those who aspire to live like Hannah—a fictional pop star who led a double life as a chart-topping artist and a regular girl named Miley Stewart—the rest of the property offers a traditional beach escape, complete with an open-plan kitchen and beach-facing living room, plus six. the rest bedrooms, all with a muted design.
Outside, there’s a large covered patio where guests can enjoy the sunset over the water, if, that is, they’re not relaxing in the hot tub that sits high up overlooking the ocean.
Despite the Airbnb listing, the home currently remains on the market—both as an affordable property again as a long-term rental—and the short-term vacation rental company notes that it will only be available to guests on its site for a short period of time.

“Ten overnight stays will take place from April 6 to April 16 in Malibu, California, with up to four guests per stay,” the press release said.
“Guests can submit a reservation request beginning March 26th at 6:00 am PST, for $0 per person. Guests are responsible for their own travel to and from Malibu.”
News of the Airbnb listing comes just days after Cyrus hosted the world premiere of a new Disney+ special—where she opened up about how the idea for the memorial show came about.
Going on stage at this event, the singer recalled when he called the broadcaster “Call Her Daddy” Alex Cooper and asked him to handle the special—joking that there was no other option but to hire him because they were both neighbors.
Although the anniversary has special features from several guests—including Cyrus’ parents,Billy Ray CyrusagainTish Cyrus-it was Cooper, 31, who was called to interview the singer and actress about her favorite “Hannah Montana” memories.
“I called [Alex] with this uncontrollable idea,” recalls Koresi.[I said]’Do you think it would be a good idea to do a ‘Hannah Montana’ anniversary special?’ But because I was among you, because I was Hannah, I didn’t know what you all would want.
“And Alex is a big fan—[which is] what’s scary!—he’s also my neighbor, and what’s scary. He got the money and moved to my neighbor’s house.”
Cyrus noted that, after learning how close Cooper had always been to him, he had no choice but to ask him to host the special, adding: “There was no other host, I was like, just walk by the door.”
However, the “Hannah Montana” star didn’t end her sarcasm there—she continued to accuse Cooper of feigning innocence about their property’s closeness.
“It was weird, he was like, ‘Oh my god, you live here?'” Koresi said. “He interviewed me in my house, five years ago, about it [she] you know exactly where I am!”
