A new crown hill development with six exclusive homes

A boutique Brisbane development defies apartment trends by offering six luxury apartment-sized apartments and one of the city’s largest rooftop pools.
Perched on the highest point of Balmoral Hill, Voir comprises six full-floor homes designed each with private hotel-style facilities.
Developed by Cielo Property Group and designed by award-winning Z Architects, Voir is deliberately scaled, allowing each home to have full floor plans, uninterrupted views and direct lift access.

Cielo director Justin O’Donnell, Sarah Hackett of Place New Farm, and Milton Zietsman of Z Architects.
Cielo director Justin O’Donnell said the goal is longevity over volume.
“We wanted to create homes in the sky that felt prestigious, strong and durable,” says O’Donnell.
“Luxury at this level is about scale, privacy and experience.
“The ceiling was meant to be calm and settled, not overwhelming.”
The curved infinity-edge rooftop pool captures uninterrupted 360-degree views across Brisbane City, Hamilton Reach and Moreton Bay.

Six integrated wet and dry cabins are set down on the roof structure, one assigned to each residence, creating defined retreats rather than extended communal floors.
A dedicated rooftop yoga space further enhances the perceived amenity.
Select residences also include private swimming pools within their gardens.
“Inspired by the natural beauty of the Acacia tree, Voir’s design rises effortlessly, mirroring the natural flow of its surroundings. Each residence is positioned to maximize light, airflow, and stunning views of Brisbane,” said Milton Zietsman of Z Architects.

Sarah Hackett of Place New Farm is marketing the project and said the scale and restraint set the project apart.
“At 400 to 700 sqm, these residences offer dimensions commonly associated with penthouses,” Ms Hackett said.
“They are architecturally impressive, home-sized skyscrapers with a level of craftsmanship and detail that reflect long-term ownership.”
But it’s the roof that really lifts the building.
“It carries the refinement of high-end hotel design, yet remains discreet and measured.
“That balance is hard to find in boutique development.”
The apartments have an offer price of over $5.85m.

Each house includes three bedrooms and a utility room, three bathrooms and a powder room, spacious open living and dining areas, and a seamless integration of indoor and outdoor.
Interior finishes include herringbone oak flooring, a 5.2m natural stone kitchen island, precise shade line detailing and bespoke joinery.
Master suites are designed in hotel-suite proportions, featuring freestanding baths and comfortable walk-in closets.
