Nancy Guthrie’s Arizona Home Was ‘Innocent’ and Showed ‘No Signs of a Beating’ After Kidnapping, Investigative Source Claims

A close and continuous source Nancy Guthrie An investigation says the home of an 84-year-old missing Arizona man “shows no signs of damage” after his disappearance – with allegations that some rooms inside the property were in “poor” condition after he went missing.

Days after Nancy’s daughter, “Today” is the host of the show Savannah Guthriespoke about the signs investigators saw at her mother’s place after she was reported missing, an insider revealed new details about the condition of the house with a NewsNation reporter. Brian Entin.

“This new information makes sense in the big picture of what we know,” Entin—who has been on the ground near Tucson since Nancy disappeared in Feb. 1-say today.

“The source that is very close to the investigation now [confirms] to us that there were no signs of an attack inside Nancy Guthrie’s house, that most of the rooms were described as ‘clean,’ so the house was very clean.”

Etin added that this explanation is similar to the details Savannah, 54, shared during a recent interview Hoda Kotbwhere he pointed out that the situation at home did not immediately reveal what happened to his mother.

“[It] it makes sense if you go back to what Savannah said, which is that when her sister and her brother-in-law came, they weren’t sure what happened, she just disappeared at some point, and they thought maybe the ambulance took her,” Entin continued.

“That’s because, according to this source, there was nothing unusual in the house.”

Speaking about the scene at Nancy’s place in her recent NBC interview, Savannah said the doors to the home were “opened,” leading her and her siblings to believe that perhaps their mother had experienced “some kind of night sickness” that required emergency personnel to enter the home through that door.

However, they soon realized that something worse might have happened—when it was noticed that Nancy’s belongings, including her phone bag and phone, were still at home. Detectives then found blood on the door of the property, while the doorbell camera had been “dislodged” from the front gate frame.

“The doors were open, and there was blood on the front door. And the camera was out. So we said, ‘This is wrong. Something is wrong here.’
