Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s Foreclosure Mansion Listed for $4.2 Million—A Year After Eviction

A Georgian mansion with a reality TV star Kim Zolciak again Kroy Biermann evicted from a years-long foreclosure battle has been put back on the market for $4.2 million, less than a year after the estranged couple were forced out of the property by American foreclosures.

Former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Zolciak, 47, and Biermann, 40, who are still in the midst of a bitter divorce battle, bought the mansion for the low price of $880,000 in October 2012, about 11 months after tying the knot.

The couple welcomed four children together after moving to the Milton, GA area: Kroy Jr.14, Kash13, and twins Come on again Four times12. Biermann also officially adopted Zolciak’s two daughters from a previous relationship, Brielle again Ariana.

Zolciak and Biermann began having serious financial problems in the early years of their union, with reports indicating that they nearly lost their lavish residence to several foreclosures, beginning in 2014.

In February 2023, the couple was charged with violating a $1.65 million loan taken out on the property. Their lender, Truist Bank, moved to foreclose on the property and sold it at auction the following month. Then in May, the couple announced their separation.

The lender agreed to postpone the auction to give the couple time to try to sell the property privately, a process they began in October 2023, when the home was listed for $6 million.

What followed was a long and difficult battle as the two battled hard to find a buyer for the property, with the listing price dropping slightly over the next year. In the end it was down to $3.65 million, about half of its first.

Biermann later said the listing caused a rift between him and his estranged partner, who disagreed on the best way to market the home.

Legal documents obtained by TMZ in 2025 revealed that Biermann had accused Zolciak of “unreasonable” spending, saying that his love of extravagant purchases had left them with only one shared asset: their marital mansion.

He asked the court to “remove [Zolciak] from any decision-making process” related to the sale of the home and enable him to release the property at what he believes is a fair price.

Biermann, a former NFL linebacker, also accused Zolciak of refusing to accept an offer below $3.85 million because he believed that would not leave him with “enough money to buy a house” of his own.

In the end, the couple found the sale of the home at a very low price of $ 2.75 million. The deal is understood to close shortly before the residence is sold in December 2024.

The game did not end there, as in June 2025 reports emerged that the two had to be forcibly evicted by American authorities after they failed to leave the home on the day set by its new owners.

An official filing obtained by Page Six revealed that the former Bravo star and her estranged partner were accused of “staying at the premises beyond their rental period.”

After the first few texts from the new owners went unanswered by the estranged couple, American prosecutors intervened to evict them from the home on April 8, 2025.

About a year later, those same owners put the property, known as The Manor, back on the market. Their original listing price of $4.65 million has since dropped to $4.19 million.

The listing description fails to highlight the property’s somewhat tumultuous history, nor does it draw attention to the celebrity status of its previous owners. Instead, it focuses on the impressive features of the mansion, from the “one-of-a-kind lounge” to the private bathroom.

Additional guest accommodation can be found above the detached garage. This “private suite” comes with a full bathroom, which the listing notes was previously “used as a salon.” It now “offers exceptional flexibility as an au pair or guest space, home office, creative studio, or additional living space.”

Outside, there are many amenities designed to take full advantage of the 1.78-acre property, including a half basketball court, pool, spa, indoor trampoline, and ample living space, “all framed by charming privacy, lake views, and golf-front properties.”

“Completing the building is a six-car garage, with double-height ceilings—perfect for the car enthusiast and well-suited to adding car elevators to increase capacity and showcase the unique collection,” the listing concludes.

According to Zolciak, she has moved to a new small apartment in Georgia, where she has been documenting her decorating process on social media.

“I just moved into a new house that I love at the end of February,” he said during an appearance in July 2025. Andy Cohen‘s “Watch What Happens Live.” “I’m glad, it’s good, it’s perfect.”

However, Zolciak’s divorce battle with Biermann is far from over, and the latter recently filed for custody of their children. In a court statement obtained by People, she said Zolciak was “absolutely not available to the children’s parent in any way.”

Zolciak has been absent from the children’s lives multiple times, she said, saying she left the country for long periods of time in what she said was a violation of their temporary parenting plan.

Zolciak angrily denied the allegations in a statement released to the newspaper: “These allegations are completely false and nothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to smear my reputation. I spent five weeks away working on two TV shows to support my family and make sure my children were taken care of—something I will never apologize for.”
