Tom Sandoval Reveals Plans to Sell Los Angeles Home He Shares with Ex Ariana Madix After Legal Battle

“The Traitors” star. Tom Sandoval revealed that he and his ex, Ariana Madixthey sold their home in Los Angeles—months after they reached settlement after a years-long legal battle.
The 43-year-old “Vanderpump Rules” star briefly reflected on her relationship with the 40-year-old “Love Island” host, as she admitted they were apologizing at their California home, three years after they split following allegations he cheated on her and her partner.Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.
“I didn’t think about it. I took a lot away from that,” Sandoval said while discussing the “Scandoval” anniversary during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”
Cohen then moved the conversation to the home he and Madix shared earlier.
“The house goes to the market. [Ariana] he took off his clothes,” Sandoval said.
“Oh my God, it’s just coming into the market?” Cohen asked, to which the TV star replied, “yes.”
Madix ended the dispute two months ago when she filed a notice to settle the lawsuit against Sandoval, who she dated from 2014 until March 2023.
The legal documents, filed on January 13 in the Superior Court of Los Angeles and obtained by People, did not reveal the details of the settlement of the former couple but noted that the “dismissal” depends on the “satisfactory completion of the specified conditions” agreed between the angry students.
However, Madix and Sandoval were scheduled to appear in court on February 5 for a final conference call. If the terms of the agreement were not reached, the case was supposed to go to trial on February 17. Given this agreement, it is safe to assume that did not happen.
The former couple, who appeared together on Bravo’s hit show “Vanderpump Rules,” have been feuding publicly since 2023, when their nine-year romance came to an abrupt end — when it was revealed that Sandoval had cheated on Madix and Leviss.

After their separation, the Los Angeles home they bought in 2019 became a hot topic, when Madix filed a complaint against his former lover where he asked the judge to “divorce by sale,” which means that the court will sell the property and divide the proceeds between the two owners.
When he filed the complaint in January 2024, he asked for “an equitable distribution of the proceeds of the sale.”
It included “payment of debt incurred in common with partition costs,” attorneys’ fees, and title costs.
Sandoval countered that Madix failed to “set forth sufficient facts to establish a cause of action against him,” adding that he did not believe part of the house should be awarded.
When news of the lawsuit broke, Madix told People she was ready to move on, with reports at the time saying she and Sandoval were still living in the five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home, even after their acrimonious split.
“I’m a homeowner, I felt like it was the last thing, and I’m very happy that I can get my money out of the house so that I can make more money and I can continue to be completely free from that.
“I want things in a certain way when I think it’s the right time. So I’m ready. I want to have my own house,” she said.

This space has large fireplaces, a bright white interior, 10-foot ceilings, and lots of natural light. The master bedroom features a rustic chandelier, vaulted ceiling, custom closets and a marble bathroom.
In addition, there is an open deck and sundeck, an infinity pool with a waterfall, and a barbecue station.
At the time of the purchase, the couple revealed they were building a “social media room” at home to take selfies and produce videos.
“It’s going to be like a photo studio-type thing,” Sandoval told Home & Design magazine.
The former couple bought the 4,400-square-foot home for $2.08 million.
After their breakup, both Sandoval and Madix have gained fame with new reality TV roles.
Sandoval continued to stir controversy during the third season of the hit show “The Traitors,” where he quickly emerged as the villain of the star-studded cast.
During that time, Madix became the host of the popular dating series, “Love Island.”
