Hannity, 64, who has been based in the Sunshine State full-time since January 2025, acquired the Manalapan mansion for $23.5 million in November 2024—seven months before he leased it long-term for $130,000 a month.
He then moved to part with the property entirely, putting it on the market in December, where it remained until March 25, when records show the listing was removed.
A source told Realtor.com® that Hannity has “big plans for the future of the property,” but declined to share any additional information about what those are. Realtor.com has contacted a spokesperson for Hannity for comment.

The remaining pool would be reworked, and many new features would be added to the expanded outdoor recreation area, including an outdoor kitchen and shower.
Hannity also received approval for a “unity of title,” which would see two residences come under the same address.
According to the Palm Beach Daily News, the combined buildings will boast approximately 11,200 square feet of living space.
Interior renovations began in July, according to the first notice seen by Realtor.com. However, it is not yet clear whether the work has been completed.
If that job required Hannity to leave this area, it stands to reason that he would have stopped at his Manalapan residence, which is only 15 minutes away.
The eight-room residence, located in an area known as “Billionaires Row” due to the extraordinary fortune of its residents, offers more than 13,000 square meters of living space. Several of the main residences and bedroom suites boast walls of glass that open to the outdoors, and the primary suite has a private balcony overlooking the water and comes with a sitting area.
While Hannity raised the property’s price significantly after purchasing it in November, hehe didlist the home and all its furniture. The listing also notes that the house has undergone many improvements since it last changed hands.
