Home, written by Faith Stutzman of Stutzman Realty Group, first hit the market in October for $15.5 million. On December 2, the asking price was cut to $14.9 million, then dropped again a few days later, this time to $13.5 million, where it remains.

However, the listing was given a surprising boost when the local clip was uploaded to TikTok, where it quickly took off, garnering more than 37.9 million views to date. Many onlookers are enthralled by its impressive beauty: a secret piece of Siesta Key coastline.

Social media users praised the luxury home’s private beach, with many describing it as their “dream” location—while others expressed shock that such a setting was available.

“Now THIS is a dream home! Your own little private beach?!” one person wrote, as another commented: “May this kind of wealth find me!!!!”

It remains to be seen whether the site’s online reputation will help it secure a buyer. Records show it’s still on the market, with several open houses held over the weekend.

The facade of the home is decorated with a beautiful white panel. However, the jewel of the property is the backyard, which offers a private beach and comes with a resort-style pool.
