Realtor.com introduces the MLS value optimization platform, Collaborative

For buyers, Realtor.com says the platform brings a guided, low-fuss approach to the entire home buying process, while providing them with a direct connection to their agent at every stage of the transaction.

Realtor.com said it uses the skills of Zenlisttechnology, which it acquired in July 2025, to create collaborative capabilities for the platform and the client.
