Olympic snowboarder Shaun WhiteA mid-century modern Los Angeles residence has hit the market for $5 million—two years after the sports star sold the property to a Louis Vuitton executive.
The 39-year-old Winter Olympian—who separated from his fiancee, Nina Debrov37, in September—sold a luxury residence in 2024 for $3.9 million to Michael Silvaggiwho served as senior vice president of HR at Louis Vuitton until 2016.
White lived in the home for six years, during most of her relationship with “The Vampire Diaries” star Dobrev, who bought the property for $3.7 million in 2018, two years before the pair went public with their relationship news.
He sold the home just two months before popping the question to the actress in a romantic New York City proposal—though the two called off their engagement within a year.
Meanwhile, Silvaggi is understood to have spent considerable time renovating the interior of the 1955 mid-century modern residence, labeled with. Oppose Rodgersof Beverly Hills Estates.

Many of the hallmarks of its original design remain within the space, including walls of windows featuring views of Los Angeles, as well as wooden ceilings, and open-plan living areas.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is spread over 2,000 square feet and has a two-car garage.
The description of its list draws attention to the meticulous work done by Silvaggi, who seems to have spared no expense in his restoration of the property.
“Standing on a sanctuary of architectural beauty and green nature, this mid-century masterpiece has been reborn—an expression of quiet strength, precision, and timeless allure. Every line is refined. Everything is intentional,” it says.
Upon entering the home, guests are greeted by floor-to-ceiling glass that frames the city skyline and allows natural light to flood the interior.
In stark contrast to its wooden ceiling, the home features black tile floors.
“Inside, custom furniture is handcrafted for each room, draped in fabrics from Dedar, Schumacher, Perennials, and Pierre Frey. Vintage lighting and selected accessories ensure a modern calm with soul and sophistication,” the listing adds.

The chic living space spills over into the chef’s kitchen, which boasts a black marble island, high-end appliances and wood cabinetry.
Adjacent to the kitchen is an attractive dining area, complete with ample space for a large table and a beautiful chandelier.
“The custom dining banquette captures 360-degree views; a setting that feels cinematic at sunset,” notes the listing.
The master bedroom has the same intricate wooden ceiling and large sliding doors that allow easy access to the backyard.
It also comes complete with a walk-in closet and a basic bathroom, equipped with two vanities and a large shower.
“The exterior, once cinderblock, is now fully clad in brick – a beautiful shield that speaks to permanence and design discipline. Outside, flagstone fields open to a private, landscaped two-car garage with a Tesla charger,” according to the listing.
The home, surrounded by lush greenery, has a stylish pool, lounge, and fire pit.
White and the actor of “The Vampire Diaries” began dating in 2019 and quickly became one of the most loved couples in Hollywood, who regularly go on trips around the world together, while sharing photos of themselves engaging in all kinds of fun.

Then in October 2024, White took their romance to the next level when he popped the question to Dobrev with a stunning 5-carat diamond that he proudly showed off on his social media accounts while announcing the engagement.
However, their seemingly perfect love story came to an abrupt end in September, according to people, who first reported the news of their breakup.
“It was a decision for both of them, and it wasn’t easy, but it was made with love and deep respect for each other,” said a source close to the couple.
Just before the news of their separation was announced, the former couple decided to rent a modern residence that they bought together for $4.3 million in July 2023.
Although Dobrev and White boast of their impressive portfolios, they decided to consolidate their residences when they took the Hollywood Hills house, which many believed would be their marital home.
The couple bought the property after living together during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 3,793-square-foot house comes with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
